HOW TO GET JOB IN MNC ?

First of all we would suggest you to be what you are, do not try to manipulate yourselves & you must look confident. Here i am giving the guidelines how you can prepare round wise for the placement in MNC companies in india.
Basically most of the MNCs companies conduct five rounds during off-campus placement:-

APTITUDE TEST WRITTEN : FIRST ROUND
To crack this round you should be good in aptitude, quantitative,logical reasoning, general awareness.

R.S. AGARWAL , Quantitative Aptitude for any Competitive Exam , McGraw Hill Company - Abhijit G., Shakuntala D. puzzle books , Alumni book on Aptitude , Any quantitative Aptitude for CAT , Pearson book by Nishit Sinha etc.

GROUP DISCUSSIONS(GD): SECOND ROUND
To crack this round you should know the current affairs happening around us so that you can do well in group discussions.
You can refer the book 'Cracking the MBA interview and Group Discussions(GD)' by Dhruv Nath. It is the best for any kind of MNC GD and interviews.

TECHNICAL ROUND: THIRD ROUND
In this round they mainly ask questions related to your core subjects to check your knowledge as to what you gain in your Engineering Degree. Mainly they ask your favorite subject?
To Crack you should refer the following books-
1. Thinking in JAVA by Bruce
2. Fundamentals Of Data Structure
3. Data Structures Using C & CPP
4. Data Structures And Algorithms Analysis In 'C'(DAA)
5. GATE Solved Papers for COMPUTER SCIENCE & IT
6. DBMS
7. Networks And Systems
8. Computer Networks(CN)
9. Computer Architecture(CA)
10. Operating System(OS)

PERSONAL INTERVIEW(PI): FORTH ROUND
In this round you should look confident & natural as here they test your own personality.

HR INTERVIEW: FIFTH & FINAL ROUND
In this final round you have to maintain good body language. You should have your all family members personnel details. Also HR person discusses about your salary package. so be alert this time. :)
You can read magazines ,newspapers, novels to increase your vocabulary, reading ability, and to get in touch with current affairs & also job posting.
